How to renew your 2ndNumber account

When you purchased your 2ndNumber, you would have had the option to pay by card, Google Pay, crypto or PayPal. All of these payment methods are one-off payments except PayPal - which creates an automatic recurring payment subscription.

If you used any other method for payment, your account will expire after one month which is the default. To renew this, log in to your 2ndNumber dashboard at https://www.2ndnumber.tel/index.php using your username and password (contained in your original welcome email).

Once logged in, tap the "Profile" icon (looks like a gear) and if on a computer, scroll down on the right hand side till you reach the section "Account" - there you will see a yellow "Renew Subscription" button. Tap that to renew:

Note: If you are on mobile or tablet, after you tap the gear icon, you will then need to tap the "Settings" button:

Then scroll down till you see the yellow "Renew Subscription" button.

Keep in mind, you will again have the option to pay by many methods, but again, the only method that will automatically subscribe you is PayPal. Therefore, if you want to pay for a yearly plan and instead use credit card/crypto/Google Pay, please email us at support@2ndnumber.tel and we will migrate your account to a yearly plan so that you can purchase the full year instead.

It won't let me log in!

If you tried to log in and you cannot because a warning message prohibits you, please email support@2ndnumber.tel and we will activate the account so you can log back in. However, keep in mind, lapsed accounts stand the chance of losing their number, so we will enable access on a best-efforts basis only.
