Sometimes you might want to block a persistent caller or a call that appears to be spam, salesy or just an outright Robocaller.
In which case, open up the WebPhone in your 2ndNumber dashboard, or start the app on your smartphone.
Once you're ready, dial:
*30
And when prompted, type the full phone number as it appeared on the screen of your phone when you received the call. Done!
Sometimes though, you've just received the nuisance call and want to block it immediately before it tries calling you again. If that's the case, from your app/WebPhone, dial:
*32
This will automatically blacklist the last number that called you, so do take care with this option.
Finally, you may find you've blacklisted the wrong number. In which case, dial:
*31
When prompted, type the number you want to remove, exactly as it appeared on your phone when the call came in. That's it, now that number is removed blacklisted.
